What is health coaching?

Health Coaches are qualified counsellors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health, lifestyle and happiness.

To put it simply, a health coach is your personal cheerleader, your biggest fan, your wing (wo)man, your fitness advisor, your nutritional counsellor and accountability partner, all rolled in one.
