corporate workshop: Raw Food for Energy & Productivity.
I was invited by a group of NGOs in Microfinance & Development in Paris to do a hands-on workshop demonstrating how adding raw food as a part of a healthy diet can increase energy, mood and productivity throughout the day. Participants learned to make fast, easy recipes and left with an understanding of how they could address stress, energy and productivity with raw and plant-based foods.
