Lassi is one of my all-times favorite drinks. It is a traditional yogurt-based drink from India and originates from the Punjab. A classical Lassi is a blend of yogurt, sugar, water, spices and fruit. I love the creaminess of yogurt, sweetness of fruit and an explosion of spices, especially served ice cold on a hot day.
