As we are kicking off this brand new decade and setting goals for the year to come, it is important to remember that 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, especially when it comes to changing habits. ⁣

Food can be your west weapon or your worst enemy, the choice is totally yours. Who is with me on this one? #tuesdayinspiration
Fridays are for easy #supercharged breakfasts. Full of anti-oxidants for radiant skin, good fats and loaded with nutrient this smoothie is a total winner. ⁣

To make, blend till smooth: ⁣

1 cup of plant-based milk ⁣
1 ripe banana⁣

Green smoothies are great but sometimes you want something different. My favorite alternative is chia pudding. Light, crunchy, versatile, it provides long-lasting energy, it is full of Omega 3 (brain food) and protein that gives slow energy release.
Morning affairs. Oat milk, strawberries, banana, hemp seeds, dates, bee pollen, chia seeds. Supercharged #breakfast is served. 🤩
